About

I am an Assistant Professor in the College of Health and Human Sciences at the University of Memphis. I received my PhD and MSPH in Maternal and Child Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and my BS with Research Distinction in Health Promotion, Nutrition, and Exercise Science from The Ohio State University.

Research

My research uses community-centered, mixed methods approaches to strengthen nutrition supports and services for parents with developmental disabilities and their families. My primary research interests include infant feeding (specifically chest/breastfeeding) and food insecurity.

Lab

Our lab space is located in the Elma Roane Fieldhouse on the University of Memphis main campus.
